- Visiting hours are 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM and 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM
- Visitor access is managed in the interest of the patient's medical recovery
- One responsible person must remain available for the patient for 24 hours
- Usually only one person is allowed with the patient; two may be allowed in emergencies
- Display visitor passes as instructed by hospital management
- Do not sleep on the admitted patient's bed or any vacant bed in the ward
- Meals for relatives and attendants should be taken in the canteen, not in the ward

- Any damage to hospital property will be recovered after management assessment
- The dispensing pharmacy is on the ground floor and operates 24 x 7, 365 days a year
- Original bills are required for medicine returns
- Refrigerated products, injections, general items, rehabilitation aids, and devices are not returnable
- IPD patients must return balance medicines before discharge
- Ambulance services are available round the clock
- Proven misbehavior with hospital staff can lead to discharge and legal action
