Sanjivani Hospital Accommodation, Billing, Transfer, and Discharge Summary

- Room categories include general ward, special room AC/non-AC, deluxe room, and semi-special non-AC, subject to availability
- Bed charges are payable as per tariff and treatment charges vary by class of occupancy
- Surgery charges are to be paid in advance in addition to the admission deposit
- Interim bill amounts may be provided daily to the patient's relative
- Payments are accepted by cash, credit card, and QR
- If the bill exceeds the deposit amount, another deposit plus any balance amount must be paid
- Emergency payments can be made at the ground-floor billing counter from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM
- At ICU-to-ward transfer, the whole bill must be cleared and the new ward deposit must be paid
- Class-change billing follows the hospital policy stated for lower-to-higher and higher-to-lower transfers
- Routine discharges are processed until 6:00 PM
- Return previous deposit bills and payment receipts before the final bill is issued
- Once physical discharge is given, the bed should be vacated within one hour
- One hospital billing day is counted from 12:00 noon to 12:00 midnight
